That moment made me realize something important: confidence isn’t just about what we wear — it’s about how we feel in it.
The Problem with Traditional Shapewear
Like many women, I turned to shapewear hoping it would give me confidence.
Instead, I experienced the same problems most women face: shapewear that was too tight, rolled down, made it hard to breathe, or flattened the body instead of enhancing it.
